It's All About the Kids Foundation

IAATK relies on individuals and volunteer groups to help us distribute food to hundreds of families each Thursday. Anyone who is 11 years of age and older is welcome to volunteer.

Wesley Community Services Center

Wesley Community Services Center is hosting food distributions Monday - Friday, 11:00am - 3:00pm. They use masks, gloves, and practice social distancing, and only a few volunteers interact with the public. If you can volunteer call Cheryl at (619) 972-8267.

Father Joe's Villages serves three meals daily out of two kitchens on-site to individuals and families who are homeless. Shifts take place daily: breakfast 5:50am - 8:00am, lunch 10:30am - 12:30pm, and dinner 4:30pm - 6:30pm. Create an account and sign up for a shift here.

Volunteers are needed to prepare home-delivered meals for older adults in the JFS Loonin Family Kitchen. As community need grows, they have increased their production of nutritious, home-delivered meals from 400 to 1,600 a day. Commercial Kitchen experience is a plus but not mandatory to volunteer.
