What is the process for project onboarding?

You decided that HandsOn San Diego is right for you, let’s see what’s next:

1. Once you’ve submitted your Organization needs, our Program Manager will contact you to schedule a brief conversation within 30 days.
2. If we decide that we are a fit for each other, HandsOn San Diego will send you a Project Info Sheet (within 2 weeks) for the projects you want to post on the opportunity calendar.
3. Once we receive and approve the site visit, we have two options:
   • You or somebody in your organization can act as Team Leader while we begin recruitment; this will get your project on the calendar at the next available date
   • You can hold off on project posting and assist us in recruiting a Team Leader; this can take anywhere from a few weeks to a few months
