Rachel has enjoyed various opportunities in volunteerism over the years such as hospice volunteering, providing free legal aid to veterans and active-duty personnel, and more recently, homebuilding for impoverished, migrant families in Baja, Mexico. Rachel is passionate about philanthropy, specifically organizations supporting our armed forces, youth and young adults, and mental health. Rachel is a native San Diegan, having completed her paralegal studies at the University of San Diego.

With over 20 years of experience in highly regulated industries such as finance, retail banking and affordable healthcare, Rachel’s primary focus over the past decade has been in corporate securities law. She currently consults with publicly listed companies or private companies intending to go public on board and corporate governance. 

In her free time, Rachel is typically looking for her next travel adventure or outdoor activity.
