Board Member Paul Navarro Cyber Security Senior Director FICO Board Member since 2024

Paul began volunteering in the 5th grade while attending Monroe elementary school in San Jose, California. At Monroe, he participated in the volunteer program to help support special needs students that were experiencing a broad range of physical disabilities. It was during that time that his passion for volunteering developed, setting the stage for his success in future roles as a valuable community volunteer. Paul’s commitment to his community continued as he served in direct service volunteer roles as a Crisis Hotline Counselor at the Santa Clara County Behavioral Health Services, and as a YWCA Domestic Violence Counselor assigned to the Santa Clara County Superior Court Family Division.

Paul considers himself to be a lifelong learner, having earned degrees in Cyber Security and Administration of Justice. He currently works full-time in Cyber Security in the financial services sector, along with serving as an adjunct professor at various community colleges.
