New Volunteer Leader Training
We aim to provide a Volunteer Leader for each of HandsOn San Diego's projects. Volunteer Leaders are dedicated volunteers who combine their passion for a cause with their leadership skills. They manage volunteers at projects and act as a liaison between HandsOn San Diego and our project partners. Volunteer Leaders instill a sense of community at our projects that inspires volunteers to keep coming back.
Volunteer Leaders are expected to lead at least 1 volunteer project on our calendar per month for at least 6-12 months. You can view projects in need of a Volunteer Leader here.
