FOOD: Dreams for Change Food Bank
Dreams for Change partners with the San Diego Food Bank each Wednesday to help bring food to 125+ low-income families in San Diego's Valencia Park/Encanto community.
Volunteers are needed to help bag and distribute fresh and canned food during the walk-up distribution.
Opportunity Requirements & Important Notes

Attire: Closed-toe shoes are required. This opportunity takes place outdoors with little to no shade so wearing weather appropriate clothing is recommended.

Bring: Plenty of water and a snack

Physical Requirements: Volunteers will be standing and lifting bags of food for the duration of the shift. Unfortunately, the project space is not wheelchair accessible.

Photos: Taking photos of Dreams for Change clients without permission is not allowed.
