ECO: Creek Day

Paradise Creek is a salt marsh creek that flows into the San Diego Bay National Wildlife Refuge. It was once an eyesore in the community with collections of trash, but is now an educational destination with a community garden.

Volunteers are needed to maintain restoration of the creek and prevent trash from flowing out to the ocean. Volunteers work to restore the wetland and upland habitat by removing trash and invasive plants.
