FOOD: Volunteer Driver (Various Locations)
Help combat food insecurity in your community as a Volunteer Driver through Catholic Charities Emergency Food Distribution Network.
Volunteer drivers are needed Tuesday and Thursdays, between 9:30 am - 3:00 pm. Volunteers pick up food packages and driving routes at 9:30 am from their selected location throughout the County and finish when their delivery route is completed.
This crucial role in the Emergency Food Distribution Network is compliant with COVID-19 social distancing measures: less than 10 volunteers gather at the site at a time and maintain 6+ feet distance apart, packages left at program participants' door, (no direct interaction), hand sanitizer, and gloves provided.

Locations: Volunteer Drivers are needed in the following communities throughout San Diego County: Normal Heights, Logan Heights, City Heights, Lemon Grove, Mira Mesa, La Mesa, Poway, Escondido, Pacific Beach, Oceanside, National City, San Marcos, Imperial Beach, Bonita, Chula Vista, Solana Beach, & Fallbrook
